The manager up front was truly amazing and accommodating. She was so friendly and helpful.This would be a 5 star other than when you go after hours there is only one cart to use. Having to haul all your boxes and stuff without a cart was an experience I never want to have again.
In less than a year this will be the 2nd price increase. I have a 20X10 unit and signed up for the unit at $99. Exactly 90 days later the price went up to $220. I called about it and was told due to inflation the cost went up. I get it but that’s not how a promotional price should be advertised. I ended up removing the insurance and got it to $195 and decided I could live with that. Now today I get another letter in the mail stating the cost will be going up to $240. This is ridiculous.
