In less than a year this will be the 2nd price increase. I have a 20X10 unit and signed up for the unit at $99. Exactly 90 days later the price went up to $220. I called about it and was told due to inflation the cost went up. I get it but that’s not how a promotional price should be advertised. I ended up removing the insurance and got it to $195 and decided I could live with that. Now today I get another letter in the mail stating the cost will be going up to $240. This is ridiculous. Edit: let's talk about the much more concerning thing happening now 12/2023. A black widow infestation through multiple units. I found mine a month or so ago and my friend found one in his recently over the weekend. The owner seems to not care based upon the managers comments. How can you let this go on It could literally be a deadly situation. Before choosing a unit at this Cube Smart location, be sure to weigh your options.
