We have had the best experience with Cube Smart. Office staff are friendly and very helpful. Facility is clean, well maintained and secure.
I love that it is climate controlled and the front desk is so very helpful.
I was number two in the door the day this location opened, got a larger unit right next to the sliding door, everything was great for about a year. Then the price increases started, the multiple Black widow infestations, the multiple intrusions of water into the unit, the multiple weeks at a time with no door access near the unit, more price increases.... Jasmine is an amazing gift to this company !! She went out of her way to make this experience great ! We were in a bind and trying very hard to get an apartment unpacked, and a storage show at the last minute. She made this so seamless and repeatedly came and offered water to us as we were trying to get the shed rented unloaded and the U-Haul unload it to return by 6 PM. What a asset she is to this company and her smile makes your heart melt knowing that they are still good kind loving people out there. God Bless Jasmine
