Although, at the time of this review, we haven't moved our belongings in yet, but I just want to brag on the staff here. I spoke with 2 different representatives and both were extremely kind and helpful and helped me work thru some issues I was experiencing. Michael and the female representative (I can't recall her name at the moment) were so so kind and didn't make me feel dumb or as if I were an inconvenience which I extremely appreciate right now considering the move we're having to do right now is a lot. Cheapest rates around! Kim was a pleasure to work with and completing the rental agreement paperwork was quick and easy. The property is clean and well laid out. Safety seems to be important to CubeSmart as there are security cameras that cover every angle of the premises. I highly recommend this storage facility.
Good enough place, but they keep jacking the price up.
