Easy to use,, clean and a well lit safe and Convenient location, customer service and store Manager are always great to work with!
I would like to share that I have had storage units all over the country for 55 years and have never had such a great experience as I have had with the greatest manager ever in all these decades! Kim is fabulous, helpful, professional, and very Kind! I highly recommend her for your storage experience and the company if she is in charge !!
Saturday, June 7th, 2025, was my first experience ever with CubeSmart. All I can say is that I couldn't have been more fortunate than to meet Evelyn at the West Overton Road facility-- and have her set me up with two rental units which I will now begin to use very soon! I’m not happy about the Lock situation. I was never told I could have my own lock on my unit and now they won’t let me turn it in or buy one from them. Other than that, the facility is very nice. Mia Culpa! Melanie reached out to me and explained that I am not paying for a recurring lock charge, just the monthly insurance. The indoor facility is very nice.
