The manager is awesome!!! She is always available and has excellent customer service.
I reserved a unit and immediately got a call from Donielle! She ensure I chose the right unit for my needs. Donielle suggested I come in and she’d give me a tour and answer any questions that I might have. She was wonderful! We were able to get me set up and good to go within no time! Thank you so much Donielle!! ☺️
I had the best experience with Donielle. She made me feel right at home and bent over backwards to show me multiple units and pick the one that was best for my needs. After speaking to her I didn’t even look at any other storage places because my experience with her confirmed that I wanted to give her my business. The paperwork and reservation was quick and the app makes getting in and out for moving a breeze.
