Missing lock. Dirty unit. Missing key. Was told I would get refunded for my lock, didn't happen. Was told I wouldn't get charged for the following months rentals, got charged. *Update, I still have only one key for one of my units. I was reimbursed one month but only for one unit versus two. And now, three months into my rental - I got a letter that says my rental units are getting increased by $100 per month - THAT'S $257 x 2 = $514 for two 10*20 units.
