The process was easy from start to finish. The gentleman that helped me was extremely helpful.
CubeSmart always makes you feel like it is the first time they are meeting you. Very professional, polite and welcoming. Very detailed when showing you a unit. Employees explain the payment process and options. Even show you how to use keypad to enter when they are not in office.
I’ve been with this location before CubeSmart and honestly bring them back. I was paying a decent price for a 5x10 and now I pay double. On top of that I will be moving from CubeSmart completely after going to retrieve things from my unit to find a lot of my older items that had cloth or fabrics have been DESTROYED by mice. I have no food of the sorts In my unit, even deep cleaned to be sure but ppl in nearby units do and my blankets have been there nest for god knows how long.
