As first timers at this, Barb at the Beach Park Il CubeSmart was very friendly and helpful. She was able to answer all of our questions, and made the whole process go very smooth. Barb showed us the different size units available, inside and out, and although we came in the middle of her lunch, (sorry Barb) she did'nt make us feel rushed through. The facility looks well cared for, and seems secure.
Nice and clean place! The guy that works there is pretty cool & nice too! The office needs better climate control. It was soooooo hot in there and it wasn't the workers' fault!
The best storage facility in the area. Lee the manager was very helpful answering all my questions and helping me with my storage needs.
Both people I've dealt with at the reception area have taken good care of me. Thank you.
