Excellent on site customer service! Had a situation that needed addressed at a higher level, where I also experienced spot on resolution to. I am quite impressed with Prime Storage compared to the competitors.
I had a recent experience at prime storage located on 8145 Connector Dr. in Florence. Wanted to thank staff for all of their support. The customer service that I received from Allison and Lily was wonderful. They were calm and explained clearly what was needed for me to be able to support individuals. Extremely professional and I will definitely be referring your storage unit.
Lilly is great she had all the answers and helped me with all the stuff.
Very clean. Manager was super nice and accommodating. Could use some more carts.
Never again. Rude workers. Uhaul or public storage is much better. Waste of money
