I just love this space! Always clean, always safe, Jamell (the manager) is available, polite, helpful, and a great source. I highly recommend Prime, especially at 1653 Central in Albany!
Prime storage has excellent service the staff was very informative and professional the storage areas are very clean and well organized well worth my time and investment I feel comfortable leaving my items there and I would recommend them over many other storage facilities.
Friendly and efficient service from beginning to end. Made the overall process of moving that much better. The overall space was also very clean. I would recommend and would definitely come back here should I have the need for a storage unit again.
It's fine and secure and usually there were moving dollies. There was one mouse that got in but overall a good value.
