I had a good experience overall with Prime Storage at the 1653 Central Ave location. The manager Jamel was always prompt with responses and very helpful whenever I needed assistance, which I truly appreciated. The facility was consistently clean, well-kept, and felt secure. Unfortunately, my unit price increased over time and I had to move out because it became unaffordable for me. We are sitting outside of the building. We were sent a unit number and a code THAT THEY CHARGED US FOR ALREADY! With all that, they don't have a record of us purchasing a unit. No record of us despite emails, despite unit number, despite being charged! Follow up: they tried to make my daughter rent a new unit but then when they heard me saying it's ridiculous and we will just go somewhere else, oh they were looking at the wrong address, (even though she asked them that. Very clean nice facility so now up to 4 stars.

Always clean with 24 hour access. Addressed issues promptly. Should I ever need storage again I would use Prime!
