After signing up, I came to the storage at 4:45 on a Friday. No one was in the office. I called the number listed. I was speaking to a machine not a live person. I went into the storage and when I came out, I couldn’t get out of the gate. I waited for one hour until someone came by to enter then I slide out when the gate was open. You have to tell customers that the exit is on the other side.

This review is not about the storage facility although it is really nice. But this is about the exceptional customer service we received from John White at the Colonie NY location. In a world where friendliness and professionalism seems to be fading it’s refreshing to meet someone excited about their job and equally excited about servicing the clients who patronize this business. He was polite, patient, knowledgeable and efficient. We had a top rate experience today.
