They only give the good deals to the new customers. The ones which have been renting for a very long time they make it very difficult to get a better price and trying to downsize at a better price is virtually impossible.
Truly appreciated the customer service. I had purchased a roll of packing tape to get a job finished and it was defective. Ralph was very helpful and exchanged the roll for a brand new one. Sometimes it's the little things that count.
