Want to recognize Zak at the Bell and 303 facility.. I had many issues with my credit card company and processing my final payment. He was very helpful and offered a few suggestions to make my move out easier. The following day he remembered my name and unit# and we got everything taken care of.. Great Customer Service. THANKS ZAK
This company are a bunch of ripoffs they charge a so called convenience fee to make a payment on their app so you have to pay in person to avoid the fee. They also locked me out of my unit for making my payment on the due date.This is the worst storage company I’ve ever used. Update 10/21/25 they just raised my payment from $90.65 to $113.63 talk about retaliation be careful when renting from this shady company.
It’s a nice facility and all, the only thing I didn’t like was standing in the office with an employee there having to fill out the application online myself
Zach was an absolute help and showed us excellent customer service!
I love how easy it is to do everything online with the app.
