I have two units with Cubesmart and just wanted to give a big thank you to Raquel. Helped us with a few small issues. Took care of them fast. She is friendly and professional.
Raquel was great friendly and help me out by drilling out the lock to my storage she was very helpful.

Looks clean and the management has been very professional
Was stressing, it was bad, and Raquel was able to calm me down! Reserved units while out of town, sight unseen and instead of having to pay the consequences and loose that money Raquel contacted the right people very quickly and made everything right for me. Canceled original reservation, she got me two large units, and refund is on its way. Thanks Raquel, and all involved in facilitating this move for me!
