Excellent front office personnel!
The general manager, Jen was so knowledgeable and helpful every step of the way. She really went above and beyond to make sure I understood the entire process and got exactly the kind of storage I was looking for. Cube Smart is super lucky to have such an awesome leader in their store!
I have received great service each time I have been to cube smart. They all act like they enjoy their work and are so nice to me! The units are clean and the elevators are great! I feel safe when I go there and I love the idea that they closely monitor hallways, elevators and parking.
This past Monday I was in to inquire about renting a storage unit and was helped by Jen. She was extremely polite, professional and helpful. She put a unit on hold for me, and I told her I would get back to her the next day with a decision. I called her on Tuesday and let her know I wanted to rent the unit and at that point she reserved the unit for me.
