I downsize my unit that I’ve had for quite a few years. I went in this past Friday and reserved a smaller unit. I was quoted $155 a month on Monday when I went to move my stuff and sign the new agreement it had gone up to 175 a month. What was the point of reserving the unit if you’re going to raise the price on me. Very shortsighted for $20 a month you’re going to lose $1860 a year. I will be moving from CubeSmart.
It is easy to find and rent a unit. Management and employees are very helpful.
