Customer service here is on point!!! Mike and Dave definitely made this a pleasant experience. Very knowledgeable and answered all the questions I had ( with a smile I might add ). The facility itself is sparkling which is a positive thing for me. Maybe add just a few more trivia questions to the screen. Overall excellent
Walked in to see about a unit. Dave was there and is fantastic! He was super helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable!
I was at the Satellite Beach facility and neither of the two elevator working and there was no number to call to get someone out there to fix them. Really REALLY sucked having to hall all my shit up to the third floor by the stairs. One star
