Id give it no stars if I could. My unit flooded and was assured by the district manager, John, that cubesmart will be there to help me. Well theyre not. I was lied to. John is unprofessional and rude. And forget about trying to talk to anyone higher up, they just don't respond. No wonder theyre not accredited by the BBB. And it's hit or miss to find the office open. Theres a sign on the door that states someone will be back in 15 minutes. I waited 45 minutes once. I dont know how they won any type of customer service award.
Izzy was SUPER helpful. I needed a larger unit, and she helped me secure exactly what I needed.
The general manager was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and pleasant. I would absolutely recommend them again. I am very happy I found them I will be using them for a long time !!!!!!
Izzy was awesome. She made the process fast and easy. Was super informative.
Isabella was very helpful when we had questions. She was a wonderful person when it was time to move out. Thank you.
