The start up experience was easy and even pleasant The GM who signed me up Leslie was very thorough in giving all the details I needed this being my 1st ever renting a storage. The place is always clean even though we live in Rio where it's a dustville still looks really good. I've been there 2 days now and seen her there everyday and she always seems to be doing something I see why this place seems like a well oiled machine! Thanks for the great experience and I'll be back Thursday to load more of my stuff!
I had a very disappointing experience with the CubeSmart in Rio Rancho, New Mexico. The management came across as petty and lazy, and it showed in the way the place was run. Simple requests felt like a hassle for them, and there was no sense of urgency or customer care. Because of this, I would strongly recommend going elsewhere for storage and avoiding this location altogether.
