Rented a space online. Initially wasn't able to get into unit because system glitched and it was a Thursday and office is closed that day. It wasn't critical so went back Friday and was able to get in, tour, and set up lock. Went back over weekend and moved items in without any problems. I'm a bit concerned about the non-solid, grid roof so will likely tarp belongings for extra protection. All in all, fine place to store extra things.
Alyssa was awesome with helping me move out of my unit. She was also patient with my questions. Would I rent from her again? Absolutely. I would also recommend her building to my friends, should they need a storage unit

Originally, my access code didn’t work. I had to wait until the following day to have someone re-assign my code. In the end, everything worked out.
