They charged my debit card twice for the same transaction.
DO NOT USE THEM .... CS increased my rate 25% after only having my unit for three months citing an increase in the rate. After only three months??? I moved most of my stuff in and budgeted the monthly expense. Now I am living half way across the country and there is not much I can do. The manager doesn't do anything and couldn't even escalate my concern to his supervisors. I had a unit with them for nearly 2 years, went to make a payment & found out my unit was mysteriously "moved out of" in November by someone who is not me and I haven't been able to get any answers as to what happened to the many items in my unit
