I spoke to Chantel telephonically and dealt with Angie on site at the SW 8th Street location in Des Moines, Iowa. They were both extraordinarily helpful and kind to me at an exceedingly stressful, emotional time in my life! Highly recommend StorageMart!

5'x5' means almost 5'x5'. Boo In addition there's a large beam going through the wall, sticking out into the unit space, meaning that boxes will be pushed away from the wall to start with. Boo. Floor in the unit is smeared dry mud. Customer service promised it would be cleaned before I got my stuff in. I left the unit empty and unlocked for over a week. Still messy.
