Rachel at the SW 8th location ROCKS!! I have had a unit here for years and no one else compares. KEEP HER AND GIVE HER A RAISE PLEASE!! She is the BEST!

bait and switch. my monthly payment seems to change every single month. im literally paying double than their advertised rate due to their hidden fees and required insurance that costs 20-30 a month on its own and you are not allowed to get insurance through a 3rd party. in person hours are also very hit or miss. when someone does happen to be here, they are helpful. roof is also very leaky and it smells of urine inside.
I hate this storage unit and the staff are some crooks! My storage unit went from being just $80-100 as I was TOLD to over $170 and it’s a different amount every other month and now they send a increase email out about it being more next month. I never in my life paid this much for a storage unit!! I really hate this place and will be finding somewhere more affordable that are not crooks.
