The instructions on check in were incorrect, nobody was there during office hours, our unit has doctor pepper opened and sprayed all over it because the units are open fenced to the main rooms, and the air conditioning wasn't working.
Horrible management and dirty place. DO NOT RENT STORAGE HERE

I was saddened to be told that the facility was only open business hours instead of 10-6 every day. I am not sure how I am supposed to move on a weekend when I can’t access the facility.
