The obvious factor is convenience. The facility is near us. Signing up online was straightforward. And the person at the location gave us an orientation. We moved boxes in within 15 minutes. The automated gate control is in the app. So no awkward reaching a keypad most of our visits.
Extremely helpful, willing to take as much time as you need to answer questions. Suggestions were helpful to figure out exactly what I needed. Above and beyond if you get stuck with something. Thanks for your help..Cindy C
TJ (General Manager) was very helpful. TJ was working alone, and juggling several people. Getting in touch with someone at the North Summerlin location took several tries (and some patience).
The young man helping me was very nice, patient, and answered all of my questions. He made me feel comfortable with renting a unit. I appreciate your help.
