Update: The storage facility refuses to pay us for the damage they cost because they had issues with the climate control inside the facility where our stuff is being stored. They ignored us. They won’t take responsibility. We continue to pay for insurance on the unit they won’t pay out the claim. Don’t store your stuff here! Don’t do it.
