Honestly the price and facility are great, staff is always present and helpful. This would be 5 stars if it wasn't for some major issues with access ability. The facility shares a parking lot woth a large apartment building. Despite the spaces against the storage facility stating 'customers only, others will be towed' the guests for the apartments take up almost all the parking ALL of the time. Five Stars. 5X Five Stars. The staff at the WC CubeSmart is among the best that I've encountered at any business, and certainly the best I've encountered at a storage business. They are responsive, supportive, flexible and wonderfully solutions-oriented. In my specific case, I faced a very unique situation and needed to drop off an unusually large trailer for an interstate move. Service was absolutely phenomenal. The only thing I’m having an issue with is the unknown factor of rates skyrocketing two and three months later, which is what I was told from other places.
They are very organized. Very clean. And very efficient.
