They close access to your storage unit at 7pm. So beware as that caught us off guard when we went at 8pm to drop stuff off with a fully loaded uhaul. “I figured let’s go a little later to avoid traffic.” Also when we went to inspect the unit before renting they had no signage posted of hours of operation or gave any clue that they cut access off to the unit themselves at 7pm. I thought the office just closes at 7pm.

Lil bit pricey Admin fee and this location is not 24/7 access
Honestly the price and facility are great, staff is always present and helpful. This would be 5 stars if it wasn't for some major issues with access ability. The facility shares a parking lot woth a large apartment building. Despite the spaces against the storage facility stating 'customers only, others will be towed' the guests for the apartments take up almost all the parking ALL of the time. Five Stars. 5X Five Stars. The staff at the WC CubeSmart is among the best that I've encountered at any business, and certainly the best I've encountered at a storage business. They are responsive, supportive, flexible and wonderfully solutions-oriented. In my specific case, I faced a very unique situation and needed to drop off an unusually large trailer for an interstate move.
