Easiest move possible. The facility is very well kept and clean. Sean was very professional, helpful and kind. All around a pleasure to work with.
I don't know how my experience could have been any better. Tje facility and staff were superb!
Shawn was amazing. We had to move in a quick time frame and had a lot of things. He made sure we had extra carts, working the auto door so it would stay open for our many trips. He helped with everything and made a very easy transition for us.
Shawn was a huge help in my challenging move, and was immediately responsive to the changing assessment of how big a unit I needed. The right size was arranged on short notice, much to my relief! Thank you, Shawn at West Seattle CubeSmart. This is my second time using their services and I am delighted how welcoming and helpful he was. Thank you!
