Kendall at the Thomas Johnson location (store 4973)) was excellent to work with, very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly! Kyle was also very helpful. Highly recommend this location.
We have only been using this storage for a week. The facility is nice and pretty clean. Getting set up was a bit of a challenge. when I tried to do this online, it got stuck at an error code so I had to go into the office to finish signing up.
Kendall is the best. Calm and knowledgeable and always helpful. She knows every time I stop by, I’ll get lost and she somehow knows how to find us 😂
Kendall was very wonderful. She was extremely nice and courteous. She was very thorough explaining everything. She deserves a raise
