We are story at 39 TJ in Frederick the very helpful lady in the lobby has done an excellent job! The facility and unit are very clean, we are storing long term and are very pleased!
Kendall was awesome and very knowledgeable. The only thing I didn’t like was or was not pleased with was I was given a written estimate and I’m in an organization so I briefed that organization based on the written price and when I went back to actually move items into the storage area, I was told the price was different and I was told the price was even locked in for me so when I questioned how you can write something out to me and then change it.
