Suzanne, the manager at the SE 14th store, is absolutely fabulous! When I absentmindedly forgot to shut and lock my unit, she called and let me know it was open. This means she is monitoring what is happening on the property. Since I was 45 minutes away, she found my lock in the unit and secured it for me. Then called back to confirm it was secure. She was incredibly helpful and gracious. She went beyond just doing the job, she actually values the customers. She keeps the units and property clean and secure.
