I was amazed how knowledgeable and friendly Susan was at the SE 14 Cube smart. I was nervous about renting a storage unit but she walked me thru the different options and prices and helped me choose the right one. I feel she went above and beyond checking if codes worked snd assured me unit would be swept and mopped as well. I had cone in a week prior and the lady then was not as helpful as Susan . I feel she will be a good asset for your company .
Stacey provided great customer service, registration a breeze. Facility clean and well-lit.

The Manager at the storage office in S E. 14th st. Was awesome! She went above and beyond to help us get moved into a different unit,also was very considerate and helpful for our needs!
