Me and my wife are moving and came to extra space storage and was helped by Scott he accommodated me and my wife on everything we needed to know and felt welcomed
I really like this facility, the manager was very friendly and helpful. After experienced a bad customer service that morning, I walked into the office right away the air or atmosphere was very pleasant.
I haven't filled my unit yet, but the rental experience was great. The rental agent was friendly and knowledgeable and very helpful!!
No carts to load your stuff in and out of the unit ever. The last 3 times I've gone to the unit there haven't been any carts, it's extremely annoying to have to make so many trips up and down because there aren't carts available
