The best! Clean, dry & accessible. Manager Sandy was knowledgeable, professional, and always willing to help. She made a huge difference in our moving experience, both when we stored our belongings and when we picked them up. Highly recommend!
Reserved online and moved in on a Sunday when staff wasn’t there. Very simple and easy. Met the staff two days later and were very helpful and friendly. New facility so still working the kinks out with the exit gate but highly recommend.
Sandy in the office was very helpful, polite, and truly cared about helping me find the right unit to fit my need. She definitely went above and beyond customer service in helping me. I would recommend this facility solely on my interaction with her. The facility was nice and clean and well main you can tell she truly cares about her job and the people.
Sandy Bertha was absolutely amazing! She was incredibly professional while still being down-to-earth and such a joy to be around. She helped me find the perfect-sized storage unit for my needs and even worked out a great deal for me as a new customer. I’ve never experienced such outstanding service at a storage facility before — she truly went above and beyond!
