Not enough carts no hand trucks dollies. No toilet paper in restroom or soap... the girl at front desk can not give me a receipt for new lock not opened package $21.99 I said just write me a receipt on paper and sign it.. Un educated about money..she was nice however I'm not happy handing a never used $21.99 lock and asked her take it out of the drawer. I will wait for a receipt from someone else. Otherwise I like unit. 2 carts? Not good
Went there at 5:49 to pay my bill and they doors were locked being they don't close until 6:00 according to Google and their company I'm a little confused But as soon as I don't pay my bill on time they're already to lock up my unit. Bad customer service I've noticed here when there is one on one interaction
Chess was very helpful
I receptionist Chess, whom I delt with was very helpful when explaining all details having to do with renting the storage. Also very friendly I enjoyed our conversation.
Facility is nice, clean on the inside. However I deducted a star for the uncleanliness of the outside parking lot. Could be better kept daily.
