I came in looking for a nice decent price storage and left with the best customer service ever
Avoid cube smart. Employees that worked there broken into my storage until and stole everything. Cube smart management has refused to turn over any surveillance footage to law enforcement. Avoid this company at all costs!
Not only will they raise your rent multiple times throughout the year... They have the audacity to raise it when they have had their main driveway doors has not been working for months!! This is a huge inconvenience because it makes accessing the majority of the units impossible while entering with many trucks, trailers and moving vehicles. The fact that out rates (two units) have more than doubled in a year, and not maintaining the property/units is not acceptable.
