For my several months using your facility I paid my rent monthly to Alyssa. This young lady was unfailingly cordial and professional in all our dealings. In fact, I would still be resident at your facility were it not for the two raises in rent during my approximately one year stay, as well as the fact that you refused to fill the huge potholes in the vicinity of my unit. Set up online was extremely easy and quick. I didn't even have to go into the office. I was given the code and I went in to find my welcome gift bag in the unit which was very clean. Only negative thing is the torn up pavement inside the gated area
Very professional and well informed on all aspects of the business. Processed signing and rules explained with full understanding and asking questions was not necessary. Great day
