I use to have nothing bad to say but this screw up was on the manager assuming and clearly not listening and then blaming me and not taking accountability making it my problem instead of doing your job correctly smh then the mistakes kept om coming. Clearly their lack of being able to function under pressure and taking accountability for their mistakes then pushing it off on a long time customer shows they Clearly need some retraining from their higher up manager
A few days ago I rented for the first time the storage unit from CubeSmart. The sign up process was fast and painless. The units are new and clean and awesome! Carrie from the office was a big help. I highly recommend!
I like the representative that helped me. She was very friendly, courteous and helpful. She was knowledgeable also. Great customer service and the prices are reasonable.
Clean facility with helpful staff. Carrie was great at getting my unit set up! I would recommend this place.
Facility is easy to access at any time. I've been here for over 3 years & not a single hassle. Always have a few flat carts to load & unload things from our unit. Comes super handy when its holiday season & storing all our kiddo's older toys & stuff he grows out of.
