Needed a storage unit the same day I called in the morning and spoke to Shatayah! Told her that I’d be coming a little after 5pm because of work when usually that’s cutting into the time they were near closing. Rushed over there as soon as I can and Shatayah helped me look at 2 different storage units because I was unsure of the size. She went above and beyond to help me secure a storage that day and grateful for her. Thank you Shatayah! 🙏🏽

Carlos ( JC ) and Staff Were Extremely Professional and The Facility Is Extremely Clean. I was treated with professionalism and I enjoyed my experience so I am renting a nice size unit and I like how everything is in order. I recommend people to become clients here ask for Carlos ( JC ) ASAP.

My locker was in the middle of the building, and just so long to walk to from the elevator. I asked if I could be closer to the elevator because I am older, and it would make it much easier for me. Jordan understood my dilemma, and search for an available locker for me closer to the elevator, even though my size locker 10 x 10 were mostly occupied. Thank you Jordan
