I would not recommend @StorageSense to anyone. While the facility itself is indoors, the customer service leaves much to be desired. Presley, at the Sterling Heights location on Metro Parkway, has been consistently rude and unprofessional. What’s worse, the corporate office raises rental fees every 6–8 months with no clear justification. A small annual increase might be understandable, but this frequency feels like nothing more than CORPORATE GREED. If you're considering storage options, I suggest looking elsewhere.
When this facility was cube smart I left a 5 star review. Then storage sense came in and everything went downhill. All of the sudden I needed insurance and when I did not get it they got it for me and charged me for it. Price of unit went up twice and just got an email saying price going up to 300 a month. Yep u read it right. I moved out.
Was here under new management transition and while it wasn’t seamless their communication was efficient once I reached out even after a not so great first interaction.
Presley very nice storage pleasant hospitality was beautiful She welcome me in with open arms highly recommended facility. Facility is clean and well maintained. Office smells like lemons and hallways look great. Will store here for as long as possible! Best worker at storage sense.
