Wouldn't recommend. Ever since CubeSmart was bought out, my monthly bill of 40 went up to almost 60 within 2 months of Storage Sense taking over.
I recently had a really positive experience at the Storage Sense location, which was formerly a CubeSmart. After the switch-over, things had gone downhill quickly, and the previous manager, was incredibly rude and unhelpful. I was actually planning to move out because I couldn’t get any answers to my questions and felt completely brushed off. Poor costumer service totally unprofessional and disrespectful
Fair prices, clean units, the manager Presley has great customer service and helped me set up my unit online without me being there physically, which was awesome! ^_^
