This review is long overdue. I was a customer there for over a year. This place is horrendous. The elevator didn’t work for months. There was a terrible amount of ice. I told them because I almost fell came back later in the day and nothing was still salted. Some of the staff is lovely there but a couple of them are just nasty. So glad to be out… All I can say is go to 365 in Worcester. Much better people much better price prices all around a better experience.
Sam was great and very knowledgeable and kind. I highly recommended this place very clean and professional manager!
