Sam (Houssam) from the office took care of all of my needs with utter professionalism, kindness, and ease. He did a tremendous job communicating all of the nuances and made sure that his facilities are clean, up-kept, and amazing. Will be coming again and again.
Started out 7 years or so renting a unit because the place across the street started raising my rate. Well this place is doing the same thing. Went from a little over $200/ month to now over $850/ month! I was told corporate says that I have a popular size unit so they raise my fee! Seems like they are forcing me out of my unit. Being retired this is a huge hit to the wallet.
Sketchy business to say the least with an "F" rating from the better business bureau due to not resolving issues of dishonest rate hikes, miscommunication of billing to add $60 late fees, dangerous conditions in winter of not cleaning ice and lockers not being able to open due to being frozen shut. We had to buy our own ice melt and try to open our storage using a hammer to remove ice. Inoperable safety gates and elevators. Yeah, afew of the staff are nice...but thats beside the point when they are a dishonest sketchy poorly... read more
