Would have been a much higher review, but the regional manager cared more about being “by the book” than keeping a customer happy. I had moved out 2 days after the month ended and they refused to give me a break on pro-rating my move out and refunding some of the money. They kept the entire months rent. What else can you expect from a corporate controlled company? This was one of the worst experiences I’ve had plus the first person I spoke to treated me like a doormat and after being refunded they charged me again the next day and I still haven't been refunded.
