Good service. My unit was clean and easy to access. I like that the facility is climate controlled, and security seems great. I had this unit for 4 years and never had any issues.

It’s been less than a week but so far so good. Easy sign up, clean spaces, feels safe, easy access.
Dealt with Lauren O’Donnell both in the past and present while I was trying to make a transition at their site. She actually Encouraged me to move to another storage site. Had me waiting outside the office door in the hot heat on numerous occasions while visiting because she keeps the front doors on self lock mode. On one occasion while waiting outside she looked me square in the eyes; continued to ignore while remaining in her phone call that lasted an additional 7 minutes.
