Alexander is always professional and prompt when assistance is needed and we appreciate the customer service that’s always displayed whenever we visit the office.
Overall good experience but didn't understand why you had to opt to get insurance for what you store if you're assuming any responsibility for damaged, lost or stolen items you store. It was this whole big deal of having to provide documentation that you have homeowners or rental insurance, otherwise you'd get charged an additional $16/month. It just seems like Nickel and diming a bit.
