The facility is clean, secure, and reasonably priced, but customer service could improve. Unexpected charges for a proprietary lock and rate changes felt unclear and undermined my trust. Greater transparency would benefit customers.

I’m giving this facility 4 stars because I trust their security, cleanliness, and climate control. However, I was frustrated to learn after moving in that, for furniture storage, they recommend being on a middle floor due to better climate control. They explained that, while the basement is climate-controlled, there’s still a higher risk of mold. They offered me one week to switch to the second floor, but that’s a difficult task when working full-time and needing to coordinate help to move everything to a different building.

Pricing transparency. Being told the first month is free, then after my information was taken being told that it’s not free. The rate for the unit plus the mandatory insurance & lock increased the rate substantially. Had I’d known upfront prior to the input of my information, I would’ve been better informed. Speaking to a representative over the phone was not the best experience. I rented a second unit at this location after CubeSmart took over from ExtraSpace Storage. A 10 X 15 unit was $179 in November, 2021, but rent was immediately increased - within 3 months. It had increased to $317 (including the required insurance) per month by April, 2025. That is a 77 percent increase! Even though the website advises that their insurance is required, I found out recently that my renter's insurance would have been sufficient. I would love a refund for 4 years worth of insurance that was not really required. ... read more

Very clean facility and so conveniently located. Lauren, the manager, was professional, personable and extremely knowledgeable. She efficiently walked us through the registration process and provided us with detailed information about using the app going forward to access the facility and pay our bill. Note to senior management: it really would be nice if you offered a military/veteran’s discount to thank those who serve/j]have served. Thank you!
