Not good. Started out good. I made reservations last nite online. After looking at a few places I chose yours be cause their was a drive up access 5x10 unit available. When I put climate control it switched it to inside. I called an agent and the first told me that 5x 10 were only climate controlled inside that was why and he would direct me to the storage place itself. This would be a 1 star review except that the facility is well maintained. I have been a customer at this location for 4 years and am extremely disappointed in how my loyalty was rewarded. You can expected a significant price hike every 6-12 months here. I was at $199/month to start and finally had to move after yet another rate hike to $434. To add injury to insult I call this specific Alpharetta office every day for 2 weeks to try and talk to some one. Not once was my phone call picked up during business hours. I also drov... read more
