Between not having clear pricing on the website, forcing you into the reservation with no cancellation option (either on the website or from the email confirmation), the chat not connecting to cancel on their website, and the AI phone bot, I don't think I will get to a point to rent from here and experience what others say is a nice and clean and happy experience.
