I was very upset upon pulling up to the building because I had just rented a storage unit and paid for it from Extra Space storage. Only to arrive at the location on Candler Road and find out 2 hours later upon calling customer service several times to report that I couldn't get inside the building. And I had a U-Haul that had to be returned and sad to say I couldn't return it because I couldn’t get in the unit I previously rented. Great storage facility, but the new management company is really is slow to get repairs completed and the price just increase a second time this year. I will be moving my items soon I believe.
Ms.Lisa has the best customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. The property itself is very clean and smells nice. Would highly recommend!!
Ms Lisa is an amazing manager! She took care of us while trying to find a unit and made sure we got exactly what we wanted!
