Staff is very friendly and helpful. Always going the extra mile to ensure I was satisfied.
Jessica was extremely thorough and patient with my constant phone call interruptions while getting setup with a unit. Painless setup and very clean in and outside of the unit.
Due to arrive for initial drop off on Sunday, May 18. Was given access code for gate entry and unit number when I signed up. When I arrived there was a note on the door to the building stating I needed to call office for code to get into the bldg. Of course, there was no one to answer call on a Sunday. I was really upset! Fortunately for me someone else arrived to drop off items in their unit in the same bldg. They had the code to get into the bldg and graciously allowed me inside when I explained the situation.
