Beware… I started renting here in October 23 I felt like it was a good spot being that it’s close to a police station. In November 24 I was visiting my unit and was approached by a couple letting me know their unit had been broken into and they were moving out because staff didn’t seem to care. I kind of ignored it, but notified a friend who also rents here(including screenshot of our text). Lady at front desk is rude and unprofessional. Takes loud personal calls on the clock to the point where customers hear cursing and yelling while visiting their units. Please hire new staff!!!!
Everything was easy. Customee service was great
I’ve been a customer with cube smart for over a year. The process to purchasing a unit isn’t stressful and is an easy process. Thanks to Brandon for making everything as smooth as it was. We upgraded this past weekend and Brandon took care of us. He’s well mannered and listen to our wants and needs for an upgrade. Thanks again Brandon and look forward to the future use with you guys.
