I agree with the previous post. The owners are completely unresponsive. They don't answer, don't return calls and are not in the office. I was there at 3pm and left without getting a unit. I guess they would rather you take your business elsewhere.
Cubesmart experience was great, but the new Public Storage owners are completely unresponsive. Trying to contact for a week. They never added units to my existing PS account online. They don't answer, don't return calls, are not in the office. Not sure how they expect me to pay.

Awesome experience easy online reservation and checkin. Units and facility is super clean and easy to access. Their on site manager even checked on us! Highly recommend.
