Lady at front desk is rude and unprofessional. Takes loud personal calls on the clock to the point where customers hear cursing and yelling while visiting their units. Please hire new staff!!!!

I’ve been a customer with cube smart for over a year. The process to purchasing a unit isn’t stressful and is an easy process. Thanks to Brandon for making everything as smooth as it was. We upgraded this past weekend and Brandon took care of us. He’s well mannered and listen to our wants and needs for an upgrade. Thanks again Brandon and look forward to the future use with you guys.
Won a unit on storage treasures auction and had the sale canceled after the bidding was over. Waste of time.
