Alexander at the Alpharetta Davis Drive location was extremely helpful in sorting out a technical glitch with our reservation and then orienting us to the facility as we finalized our agreement. He elevated our concern to Lauren when he determined that was the appropriate course of action and we were able to complete the process in a short time. Thanks to Alexander and Lauren for their expertise and professionalism.

This is a wonderful location with beautiful storage units inside and out! Kandi is so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She took an immense amount of time assisting us and answering all questions. It is incredibly easy to access on your own and great security. I am happy to have found this location!
