Excellent customer service!
This location is terrible. The people that work there the facility no one is ever on time for work. No one knows what storages open. What storage is available and what storage is not this place needs some serious work. I’ve asked for two callbacks and have not received a one once I move. I will not be using this location for anything. The problem with this place is people give their Homeboy and homegirl the hook up. The Manager at the 2331 Adams Dr Nw, Atlanta location was very helpful. I had an issue that was resolved immediately and nowadays, customer service is a thing of the past however he has it locked in!
