I recently visited the Oakwood location while searching for a storage unit for my upcoming move, and I was so impressed with the experience. From the moment I walked in, Beth and Lily were incredibly welcoming, kind, and professional. They both went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and informed. AVOID AVOID AVOID!!! Terrible humidity issues that caused mold on my possessions. Desk attendant said they have no way to monitor humidity. Access limitations that have lasted for months. Strongly recommend finding somewhere else to store your things!! Upon many reoccurring issues I contacted via email and in person multiple times and haven't reached a resolution. I've just had problem after problem at this facility.
If you want to see my original review, you will find it below. A day or two after I posted it, a worker at CubeSmart contacted me to let me know their elevators were inoperable. They said I should call before bringing anything to move into my third-floor storage unit, to make sure the elevators worked. My response was, um, I'm moving next week and need to be able to access my space. They said they were sorry, but they didn't know when the situation would change. Beth and Lily are awesome and very polite and helpful. I will be happy to only bring my business to them from now on. These guys do a great job on addressing any issues u may have.
