This is my 2nd time around with CubeSmart. Both times I had Anna take care of me. Once again the transaction was effortless. Anna’s professionalism and Custer service skills are top notch. I would have no problem recommending a friend or family member! Keep up the great work Anna.
The storage units here are extremely expensive and you must buy their locks which are also very expensive! What a rip off! My elderly parents have left all of their belongings in this unit and currently they reside in a nursing home. After a few months we went to retrieve some clothing only to discover their valuables including clothing were covered in mice feces! If you value your belongings beware!! This place is horrible, turn back now!
Fair price and good environment. The staff (Anna & Kristen) are kind, welcoming, and professional.
