Great Customer Service; in particular, Iesha, the Store Manager. She really knows the business, she’s professional, friendly, helpful (an understatement) and exhibits what Customer Service is all about.. The only issue I have with Cube Smart is the frequency of price increases with huge hikes in monthly rates.
I rented a 10’x25’ for a reasonable online price. The space was clean and what I needed. The gates and doors work well and the parking area is large, well kept and secure. What sets this place apart is the excellent customer service from Iesha. She is always friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Iesha went above and beyond making my move in and out smooth and stress free. It is nice that she is in the office and available too. Great experience. Thank you, Iesha!
Great representative to explain all the details and overview of lease. Overall simple and great experience.
I’ve been with CubeSmart since 2023, and Iesha has been awesome the whole time. Super friendly, always helpful, and just really easy to talk to. Any time I’ve needed anything, she’s been quick to take care of it. The place is always clean and well-managed — you can tell she runs it right. Definitely appreciate having someone like her in charge. Makes a big difference!
Employees could use customer service training. Firtst off no one in the office Saturday morning. My access code has not been working. Very unhelpful with fixing this. Not happy
