My stuff is safe here. The staff is somewhat brusque, but my stuff is safe, and that's important to me.
The manager at the 3100 Holly Hill Rd. location is a keeper! (I feel bad because I forgot her name...not good with names) I know good customer service though. She needs a raise asap! She gave me some great info and helped me make a decision sooner than I expected. I feel comfortable storing my valuables with Cube Smart. I thought about an outside unit for convenience but did not consider my vinyl collection. She saved me a lot of stress reminding about climate controlled units.
Dina was an awesome sales representative at Cube Smart. She was friendly, professional, knowledgeable and efficient when she helped me at the Holly Hill location in Alexandria Virginia.
Miss Dina was very kind and courteous always professional. Cube smart needs more people like her. Typically people that’s young, is not as patient and helpful as she is. Please (management) commend her for the hard work she does to serve the public in this capacity.
