Aiden, is lovely and extremely helpful, friendly and courteous. He called me and as a result I realized i’d made an error on my online reservation. Was so helpful and solved my issues. I highly recommend Cubesmart for your storage needs.
Place was clean and and instructions were clear to move items in. My only negative comment is I would have preferred the option of having a ground floor unit. I was unaware there were upper level units. At least there was a freight elevator to use.
The phone experience was excellent the in-person at the actual place was not good.
