Happy Friday! I was in acquiring about a new unit on Thursday at your Brooks Drive location. Mr. Mason provided excellent Customer Service, and was an absolute professional. He made me feel valued and welcome to the facility. It's always a pleasure to do business with someone that enjoys their profession. He showed me a few units, and one was a sure winner. Tracy is an awesome Cubesmart employee. Her care, diligence and thoroughness is so helpful when moving into a storage unit. Her knowledge about the units helps customers make good decisions. Ask for her and she show you excellent customer service.
I recently joined CubeSmart this year the process was easy going except the only issue is when the CubeSmart employee took me to my unit and to my surprise inside the welcome bag included mice droppings that I showed to him. I hope this issue is cleared up ASAP so that my property is not destroyed by rodents. My previous storage facility burned down so the urgency to find another landed me at Cube Smart. CubeSmart please get rid of the pests so that everyone's property is protected. Thanks
