The Frontdesk was so pleasant and helpful! She even remembered me. The whole experience was seamless
If there was a rating for -10, I would give a -30. The service was horrendous, unprofessional, vindictive, and threatening. I was FORCE to cancel my current contract of 2 months and sign a new contract under duress! The new contract was increased over $100. Management (John) was very combative, inflexible, and used a bait and switch routine to force me out of my current contract. I asked to speak to his manager, and he stated "NO".
