I had a very pleasant experience with the consultants at this Cube Smart location. Both were professional and both explained everything thoroughly. I really liked the advice to get the app. It makes it so much easier to access the facility and to access your unit.
Great clean environment
I was really impressed with the time the representative gave to me in helping me to select a storage cube to meet my needs. She thoroughly answered all my questions and patiently assisted me. Unfortunately I don’t remember her name but she was the only female in the office at the Brooks Drive location in District Heights, MD
Customer service was great. Easily accessible thru gates and elevators were convenient. Storage was also clean.
