Extremely poor customer service. The agents in the office are awful and unhelpful. They are lazy and clueless. I had to spend weeks trying to solve an issue with getting my monthly cost to reflect the price I was quoted online. It was could have been fixed be the office staff on Earhart but they did not help. The lady made it seem like adjusting the rate was impossible and SHE was the one who messed up and canceled my online reservation in the first place! Recently moved to NOLA. needed storage because we downsized. Knew nothing and thankfully Michael M was the manager on duty the day we looked at cubesmart. Not only was he very knowledgeable about options but he was able to walk me through the entire process and help me understand how everything worked. I also observed he help.a few very anxious customers and was able to have us all leave with a feeling of satisfaction and a smile on our face. Excellent person
