Don and Pam were great! They made my transition smoothly. They are friendly but most of all they have great customer service.
Don, was so helpful and communicative. He showed my husband and I step by step on how to use the app and how to get in and out of the building. He made us feel secured about using CubeSmart as our storage unit choice. I highly recommend using cubesmart as your storage space.
The unit was very clean, but the professionalism and customer service was top notch. Don was great!!!!
My facilities manager went to this Cube Smart location to get information about the units available, the costs associated, and to gather information before we rent a storage for items that we cannot store on our campus.
