I visited this location to inquire about securing a unit for a move at the end of the summer. This place was recommended by a friend, and I’m so glad I stopped by. I spoke with Donald (I think that’s his name), and he answered all of my questions and helped me figure out how much storage I needed and other things I need to consider. I will definitely use them when I’m ready in September. Highly recommend for their excellent customer service and helpful staff.
The experience at CubeSmart Dumfries, VA is fantastic. The facility is clean, well maintained, and secure and the customer service is top notch. We were assisted by the manager, Donald, who is very helpful and professional. He was very knowledgeable and ready to assist with any questions we had. He provided clear instructions to make the rental process easy and efficient. We will definitely be renting a storage unit from Donald in the next few months. Would highly recommend !
Don was extremely helpful; however, Alex was very short with me as if he didn’t have time to answer my questions. This is my 1st time renting a storage unit so I had a lot of questions. At some point, I just asked if he could tell Don to call me. He said sure & abruptly hung up the phone as if he were annoyed. If I had spoken to Alex 1st, I wouldn’t not have chosen CuebeSmart. Thank you Don for your patience & always calling me back. Your customer service was top notch!
