My first interaction was with Alex. Respectful, polite and patiently listened to me empathetic and eventually secured me a room.when I went there the next 2 days to finalize it, there comes the Manager, another caring human being. He made sure I was able to have access given the time my delivery was arriving. He even gave me his contact incase I had issues. Unfortunately I forgot his name but I think it starts with a D.
