The facility decided to raise my rate $30 for no reason. I called to speak to someone about it and he acted like I was bothering him. When asked for a phone number to corporate to someone, he gave me a number that you cannot even get ahold of a real person. On top of that this facility has people living there!! Clean facility, quick set up of the account, better prices then most other places.
Everyone is courteous and the facility is spacious and clean
I recently signed up and found the location staff (Jay) very helpful and friendly. The process, introductory prices and space seemed good and the ability to unload you car or truck inside in an unloading bay for big moves seemed very useful in case of bad weather.
