This is one of the nicest, if not THE most nicest storage unit facilities that CubeSmart has to offer and that I have used in my entire life, A big thanks to Tim as I was able to receive a package that was delivered to the facility as a one time thing. I did not know that it was meant for business use only as I did not read the full rules of having package delivered, but was told that they would accept it the one time so if anyone is wanting a package delivered make sure you’re within a business! The Cube Smart on Highland Blvd in Lakeland, Fl has just the best customer service ever. Tim and Kim who b work there, need to recognized for their fantastic service not once but every time I am there. I just enjoy the service and they have always helped anytime I needed it.
I like that it was a cart that I could use to move my items with . That was very convenient . I also like how clean and well lighted it is inside . Having to put a code in to get in made me feel safer . I will definitely be using this storage again .
We love that we feel very secure there, we know that our property is also secure and the the management is outstanding, ready available at any time and super friendly. We recommend everyone to do business with CubeSmart.
