Tim was fantastic with customer service and transparent— that is a big deal to me .
What was only supposed to be less than 4mos is now almost 3yrs and I wouldnt store my stuff ANYWHERE ELSE!! TIM has been there since day 1 and is WONDERFUL!! He is always smiling, extremely helpful and personable. Due to a large rate increase, he found another more affordable unit for me to swap my stuff into. The building is so well kept that after almost 3yrs in one unit, all my stuff was still in tack and NOT ONE bug or any bug droppings were found upon emptying my unit!! My review is as much about a worker at CubeSmart as it is about CubeSmart. I want to recognize and thank Tim. A few weeks ago I was there loading a moving truck and had a brief medical emergency. Tim came out with some snacks and a bottle of Powerade from his personal supplies. After a few minutes I felt better and finished loading the truck. Then I was able to take off to Pennsylvania. This type of customer service never felt better!
Tim was great. He showed us different sized units and was wonderful! We ended up getting the unit.
