Jenni is the best manager ever. Great place.
I was told that the gate would be fixed and 6 months later it still was not. Did not seem secure to me at all. Also, I came with a moving truck and movers and was not able to get in. I was locked out of my own storage space and luckily there happened to be someone working there who apologized and explained to me that someone accidentally locked the wrong unit.
We rented a unit from here for about two years and moved out today. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience and the customer service was phenomenal. Will be recommending to anyone looking
CubeSmart has zero customer service.
This place is the best , super service, Jennifer is awesome, would recommend to anyone 🙂
