Edit: 7/25 STILL NO REFUND (: still no call back or any contact. I guess they’ll just keep it. Be very cautious of this place. Edit: 6/17 — impossible to get in contact with this place. I didn’t end up staying at this location and was offered a refund. I left the review even though I didn’t have a unit there anymore. It’s been THREE weeks and I still haven’t received any information on my REFUND. Farrah has been so sweet. She was my cheerleader while we were moving. She walked the halls at times and she was always helping everyone. Super sweet and professional. Even when someone gave her a complaint of an issue at the location she handled it with care and ease.
Tim was very professional and courteous.
