Gate will not open after I scan at the entry. Called for help & was told to enter my access code on pad. THERE IS NO PAD AT THE GATE. Several attempts by help person failed. Paying extra for technology that doesn't work!!!!!
My daughter has a storage unit there when it was Cube Smart. We were not notified of the change. She can't make a payment for the October rent and there's no account for her. Is this how you run a business.
