We have been here literally since the day they opened. They were fantastic as Cube Smart. Ever since SecureSpace came in they have cut staffing and continually raise rates. They just raised our rates 25%!!!! That is outrageous. That's in addition to another rate I crease this year. I have had 4 units for 6 years. No more!!! Please take your business elsewhere if you're looking for long term rental
Would really appreciate a call back by upper management. Since I can't get the onsite team to escalate my concerns, hoping that this reciew brings some attention. Pretty disappointed in my experince thus far, with just over a week since renting at this location. Had a much better experience when I rented here when it was CubeSmart several years ago. Thanks.
