So far so good, the woman behind the desk was real polite and helpful, the place was real clean, no problems

Pros: - The facility is new and clean - Security is good - Even when it was busy, we didn't have too many issues getting things in and out of our unit (they had an early issue with the number of carts, but that seems to have been resolved) Cons: - The access hours are a bit limited, which can create some challenges on weekdays if you work a 9-5 job - The rent on our unit went up 70% after 5 months (this is typically from all storage unit places, but still frustrating) - There's no way to end your rental online, you have to c... read more
