I called and asked to see the facility before booking. They said sure stop by before 7pm. I arrived at 6pm to the locked doors and an empty, dark office. Called their number, and a very polite guy said "the manager left for the day, you have to come tomorrow". I replied that I'll rent from another facility.

Came to help a friend move - literally got trapped in the elevator for 30 minutes on the 4th floor and had to call the fire department to come get us—- lady at the front desk closed the door on our faces when we tried to talk to her saying she was going to talk to us till her lunch break was over. We were literally trapped - and just wanted to her to know that they probably shouldn’t let other people on the elevator until it’s fixed. Very rude.
Very easy to complete whole process online , the place was well lit and clean with easy directions to personal locker
Great experience overall. Super friendly service every time, great communication, and cleaner than anywhere else you will find. Definitely the place I will use for all my future storage needs.
