I’m irritated l. I have a flight to catch and can’t access my storage. It’s office ours. 12pm and there is not an employer in sight. My unit is paid and they didn’t take the lock off. This is ridiculous I have a car full of items and traveling abroad today
My storage is $121.00 a month and they charging me $141.00 if I’m late. Ok , tell me why I pay on the 12th and I have to pay $166.00 and doubled locked my storage. and in August I was extra late which 08/22 they charge me $141.00 make it make sense ? Now I’m looking at October bill and we still in September they charging me $141.09 as if I’m late! Cube smart yall owe me back pay for real for real cause this is definitely bad business I never had a problem with Austell cube smart I should have went there.
