First time I was here last year loved it came back this year spent money to move in not have the temp lock code and had to pay an extra day for u haul then when I get loaded I ln and trying to lock up the lock your forced to purchase wasn't in the unit. So y’all want to raise the rent… but can’t even raise a broom? CubeSmart, explain this. The place looks like a scene from a post-apocalyptic movie—trash everywhere, random junk laying around, and let’s not forget the full-time tenants who are clearly living out of these storage units. Location was clean and Tay who was managing the location was very helpful, polite and diligent in multi-tasking, managing multiple responsibilities at the same time and keeping things moving for customers and the facility. She managed all elements with positivity, expedience and diligence for all things and customers.
