Customer service was great. Even got shown where my unit was, and showed me the lock process. Unit was clean. Overall great service.

My unit (along with several others) was broken into. They took shoes, clothes, video game consoles, jewelry and collectibles. The insurance claim paid me out $2k but that wasn't close to covering what was stolen. The perpetrators crawled on top of the units where they can look down and see what you have inside; cut the wire fencing and jump down into your unit. The facility itself is closed from 7pm to 7am so they had all night to rob me. They truly took their time as if they were in Walmart after hours on a shopping spree. ... read more
